At Wood Finishers Source, we are committed to providing high-quality wood finishing products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within [30] days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-mixed stains, finishes, and specialty orders.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at webmaster@woodfinisherssource.com with your order number and reason for the return. After approval, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [5-7 business days].
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
